Tiananmen Square night lighting full energy-saving light source power consumption minus half light pollution reduction

The renovation of night lighting in Tiananmen area mainly includes Tiananmen red wall lighting, monument base lighting, flag pole pedestal lighting, Jinshuiqiao lighting and viewing platform lighting. According to the overall brightness planning indicators of the Tiananmen Square area, the municipal municipal department of Beijing selected lamps with reasonable light distribution and high efficiency. The selected LED and metal halide light source have reached the energy-saving evaluation value. LED lamp power conversion efficiency is greater than 0.9. Light interference is also avoided in the lighting design, reflecting the design concept of green lighting.

According to reports, the energy consumption of Tiananmen Square night lighting is significant, the total power is reduced from the original 210.2kW to 100kW, and the energy efficiency is increased by 50%. In addition, energy-saving lighting after renovation has greatly reduced environmental pollution, including 20 tons of carbon dioxide emissions and 0.8 tons of sulfur dioxide emissions. Its energy saving and emission reduction effect is equivalent to an increase of 74.46 mu of forest area, which effectively improves the environmental quality.

The renovation of Zhengyangmen Lighting on the south side of Tiananmen Square was also completed at the same time. As the main entrance of the inner city of Beijing in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the reconstructed Zhengyangmen night scene and the Qianmen Street are in harmony with each other, and the ancient capital is also evident. The municipal department of Beijing replaced all the outline lamp covers and light sources of Zhengyangmen Tower. The light source is changed to an LED light source with lower energy consumption and higher luminous efficiency. Existing floodlights and corrugated lamps are slightly modified and remain. The LED light source selected by Zhengyangmen Tower is 20% lower than the original energy-saving lamp. The light source beam does not produce heat and has no ultraviolet and infrared rays. It is completely free of mercury, ensuring that the ancient millennium will not be damaged.

In addition, the Madian Bridge with the theme of "The Horses Take Off", the Zizhu Bridge with the theme of "Bamboo Newspaper Peace", the Liujiayao Bridge with the theme of "Blue and White Porcelain", and the Yuquanying Bridge with the theme of "Ice" The nightscape lighting of the bridge body such as the Dawangqiao, which is the theme of "Fashion City", has also been remodeled and has been lit up.
