Entrusted by the purchaser, the center will purchase and purchase a batch of lighting maintenance materials by way of inquiry. The relevant matters are explained as follows:
First, matters needing attention
1. The supplier to be inquired shall make a one-time written quotation to the Center regarding the procurement requirements, quantity and related requirements in the following procurement list. Once the quotation is confirmed by the inquiry team, it is the contract price of the contract. The contract takes effect after being signed by the buyer and the seller and witnessed by the procurement center.
2. The Center does not accept any form of price adjustment after the opening of the bid. Bidders may not provide false quotations for the winning bid. The winning supplier must sign a contract with the buyer within the specified time after receiving the notice of winning the bid. If the contract is refused due to incomplete or improper reasons after winning the bid, or if there is any misconduct in the performance of the contract, the center will record the bad behavior of the supplier.
3. If the bid winning notice is not received after 2 days of the bid deadline, the center will not be notified.
4. The bidding documents should fully respond to the “purchase list and requirements”. If there is a selective quote in the bid document, the quote is an invalid quote.
5. The bidding documents of the contracting party will be part of the contract.
6. The bid supplier shall make a written commitment to the quality, warranty period, delivery time and after-sales service of the product.
7. The winning bidder shall pay the winning bid service fee at 1.5% of the total contract amount.

3. Bidding Documents The bidding documents (including the qualification documents) for this inquiry shall be sealed before 15 o'clock on March 25, 2009, and then sent to the Huangshan Municipal Government Procurement Center with the official seal or express mail, and will not be accepted after the deadline.
4. The payment method materials are sent to the purchaser at the designated place for acceptance and 90% is paid; 10% is used as the quality guarantee, and the one-year warranty is paid once.
