3. Qualification requirements for suppliers:
(1) Registered in China, with independent legal personality and the supply capacity required by this procurement document, the registered capital of the manufacturer is >30 million yuan; the registered capital of the agent is >5 million yuan;
(2) Having a product agent/distribution qualification certificate or a special authorization letter issued by the manufacturer for this tender, and the authorization period is not less than one year;
(3) There are fixed business places, sample (picture) exhibition points in the city, and good ability to deliver goods and after-sales service;
(4) Ability to provide technical support and maintenance services within the city.
(5) Pass the safety certification of domestic authorities such as ISO9000 certification.
(6) The bidding production enterprise shall pass the safety certification of the domestic and foreign authorities such as CE certification or UL certification.
(7) Have a quality inspection report issued by the relevant department.
