LED thermal board shipments return to warm light, this year's operation will be better than last year

Passive component film process resistor manufacturers recently recovered their revenues. The monthly revenue from self-financing was 73.37 million NT dollars. Although it still fell 14.2% compared with the same period of last year, it has grown 2.67% against the trend in December last year. According to Guangxun, this year, due to the better turnaround of the company's high-frequency inductors, the shipment of LED heat-dissipating substrates has also warmed up. It is estimated that the overall performance of this year will be better than last year.

Guanghao is a passive component manufacturer of a small number of thin film process technologies in China. The company's revenue is mainly from thin film chip resistors, accounting for 50% of revenue, followed by thick film chip resistors, accounting for 20%, while thin film high frequency inductors account for 15%. LED cooling substrate accounts for 15%.

The company is actively deploying LED heat sinks and is expected to return to a more normal shipping level this year. Guangxuan pointed out that due to the rapid freezing of LED market demand last year, the company's related shipment performance was not as good as expected. This year, customers have seen a slow increase in pick-ups, and the related operations are expected to improve.

At present, the monthly production capacity of the LED cooling substrate is 120,000 pieces, which is one time higher than the 50,000 pieces at the beginning of last year. It has not reached the target of 200,000 pieces originally expected at the end of last year. Guanghao pointed out that the current customers of LED cooling substrates are mainly Taiwanese packaging factories. The products are mainly used in high-power lighting products. Under the optimistic LED lighting market this year, the related performance is expected to heat up.
